Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sayve mobile application ("App") operated by Sayve ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Sayve Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your Apple ID account on a recurring basis.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in App Store Settings > Subscriptions.
- No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period upon cancellation.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Current Pricing
Sayve Pro is currently available at $3.99/month or $29.99/year. Prices are subject to change and may vary by region. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.
4. Free Tier
The free tier of Sayve includes up to 20 voice parses per month and unlimited manual expense entry. Free tier limits are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated means to access or interact with the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Misuse the AI features to generate false, harmful, or misleading content
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by Sayve and protected by intellectual property laws. Your expense data belongs to you. We claim no ownership over content you create within the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI parsing will be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-parsed expenses for accuracy before saving.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sayve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any financial decisions made based on App data.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
